How to filter workday when day goes over to 3am?

Hello,

I am trying to make a simple statment that checks if it is the current day based off of my calendar.

IsToday = IF(DimDate[Date] = TODAY(), "Yes", "No")

But our day starts at 3am and ends at 3am the next day. So with this formula if the current date is the 26th, TODAY() is the 26th, but as midnight rolls over and the date changes to the 27th, TODAY() becomes the 27th. What I want is for it to stay the 26th until 3am on the 27th.

What would be the best way to solve this problem?
