Configure Power BI Report Server web portal and web service with Powershell

I installed PowerBI Report Server on a local machine. What I want to do, is to create the first configuration of the Report Server using Powershell.

I configured the Report Service Account, the database but what i can't do is to make the initialization of the Report Server Web Service Virtual Directory and the Wb Portal URL.

I'm trying with ReportingServicesTools but the Set-PbiRsUrlReservation command always fails (see #206 issue for more details).

Does exists another way to do what i'm trying?
