Is it possible to automate the process of 'close and load' in Power Query/Power BI, and subsequently save the file?
Background information:
My Power BI file is structured around a folder and its files/data. Whenever a new file is added to the folder, Power BI merges and transforms the new data with the existing dataset.
However, I am unable to see the new data in the table view; it is only visible in Power Query. As a result, I must manually execute the 'close and load' process whenever new data is added to the folder in order to view it in the table interface.
I hope this clarifies the situation.

Hi @ChristianAU
In Power BI Desktop, you can click the "Refresh" button to get the latest data. You don't have to go to Power Query Editor to perform the refresh.
In Power BI Desktop refresh of report visuals, data refresh, and schema refresh all happen together using
In Power BI Service, you can set a schedule refresh for a semantic model or refresh it manually.

That should work automatically when you refresh the semantic model. Somewhere in either Power Query or DAX you have a limiter, a filter that you forgot about. Check your code.
