SumPaid less selected value in separate table

I'm working with two duplicate tables, one being the location table and the other the market table. Trying to compare location to the whole market. In order to get an accurate comparison to the market, I have to add a measure where sum Paid in the market table less the selected slicer location in the location table.

Was using this.... but it doesn't seem to be working right.

Paid Less Selected Location = VAR SelectedLocation = SELECTEDVALUE('Location'[Location_Name])
return
CALCULATE(SUM('Market'[Paid]), 'Market'[Location_Name]<>SelectedLocation)

Can anyone help me understand what I'm doing wrong? Seems like a fairly straight forward measure.
