Automated Data Alerts Email through Power Automate

Can any one help, How can we use Power Automate to send data alert emails separately to the different users of their related records fetched from Power BI.

If you use a slightly different technique you can put it into a CSV too, not sure what format you're looking for. 

Paginated reports feel more supported/robust for large amounts of data, but Power Automate will be the place to go if you want to style or structure very specific parts of your dataset (not the whole report) for notifications.

Afaik the data alerts which trigger the flow are the data alerts from the account which is used in the connection of the trigger action:

In other words, it would be a personal cloud flow per user. And in that action you could use get my profile action with the same account in the connection.
